I remember a typo that got past the editor (me). Title of the book was “You Are Not the Target”, a self-help book by Laura Huxley. I somehow let it be “You Are Now The Target”. Aaaah!
I swear typos are proof that there’s magic in this world and that magic is evil. I’ll reread a chapter a million times and then, after editing it and reediting it and sending it to beta readers and editing again, THEN, I will notice a typo.
